Processing Times

 

Boxed & Bespoke specializes in personalized and made-to-order products. Processing time varies depending on the product, quantity and level of customization.

 

Any production estimate provided begins after all required information, photographs and approvals have been received.

 

Rush Orders

 

Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering. Rush production may be available depending on our schedule and may require an additional fee.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete.

 

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

 

Personalized Products

 

Because custom products are created specifically for you, personalized merchandise is generally final sale.

 

We cannot accept returns because of:

 

A change of mind

Customer-submitted spelling or date errors

Incorrect photographs or personalization supplied by the customer

Minor differences in color between a screen and finished product

Minor variations inherent in handmade products

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

We want your order to arrive exactly as it should.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

 

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, correction, store credit or other reasonable resolution.

 

Digital Designs

 

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, downloaded or delivered digital designs are generally final sale.

 

If there is a technical problem with a file, please contact us and we will work to correct it.

 

Custom Event & Bespoke Orders

 

Larger custom projects may require a deposit before design or sourcing begins. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms and production deadlines may be specified in your individual proposal or invoice and will control where they differ from this general policy.
