Welcome to Boxed & Bespoke. By using our website, purchasing a product, submitting materials for personalization or commissioning custom work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Custom & Personalized Products

 

Many Boxed & Bespoke products are created specifically for an individual, event or occasion.

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, photographs, personalization selections and other information submitted with an order.

 

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

 

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, custom items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.

 

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Customer-Supplied Photographs & Materials

 

When submitting photographs, artwork, logos, names or other materials, you represent that you own the material or have permission to authorize its use for your requested product.

 

You grant Boxed & Bespoke permission to reproduce, modify, crop, stylize or otherwise adapt submitted materials as reasonably necessary to create the product or design you requested.

 

Custom Illustrations

 

Custom characters and illustrations are artistic interpretations. While we aim to capture recognizable characteristics and the spirit of the supplied reference, an illustration is not guaranteed to be an exact photographic reproduction.

 

Colors may also appear differently between screens, printing methods, fabrics and physical products.

 

Design Ownership

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Boxed & Bespoke retains ownership of its original artwork, layouts, graphics, templates, concepts and other original creative work.

 

Purchasing a physical personalized product does not automatically transfer copyright or unrestricted commercial rights to the underlying design.

 

Digital products are licensed according to the usage terms provided with the applicable product or order.

 

Proofs & Approvals

 

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.

 

Approval authorizes Boxed & Bespoke to proceed with production. Errors contained in an approved proof may not qualify for complimentary replacement.

 

Handmade & Small-Batch Products

 

Some Boxed & Bespoke products are handmade or produced in small batches. Minor variations in color, placement, finish, texture or appearance may occur and are part of the nature of handcrafted and personalized goods.

 

Candles & Other Products

 

Customers should follow all safety, care and use instructions supplied with candles and other products.

 

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials.

 

Event Dates

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event dates and ordering with sufficient lead time. Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly accepted by Boxed & Bespoke in writing.

 

Pricing

 

Prices, product availability and offerings may change. Custom work may require an individualized quote based on quantity, design complexity, materials and production requirements.

 

Cancellation

 

Because materials, design work and production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation of custom orders may be limited once work has begun.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boxed & Bespoke will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
